COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Warner Linear K2G20-115V-BR-18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Westcon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weigh-Tronix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Westcon such as the 6680005218042 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10686800 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WBP by Manufacturer Weigh-Tronix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Wenglor Brand OCP801P0150E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Widia such as VHM7D250Z04S450XD7 equipment made by Widia have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Widia products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Widia" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MT506SV45EV made by Weinview as well as the popular 615D2BC8C800Z18 original spares produced by Weed-Instrument Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6130051 by Wisconsin-Oven and VHM7D250Z04S450XD7 spares by Widia are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K2G20115VBR18 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner-Linear. |
